Groupon Voucher holders

Sunsoar have had a very successful association with Groupon in 2011, with many customers coming back to continue with paragliding.

However there are some important things you should be aware of, the first thing is that paragliding is very weather dependent and therefore it is normal for students to need to call a few times before they hit the jackpot and get a suitable day. The second thing which is closely related is that you must call in on the day of your course, this is to re-check the weather but also to confirm you are coming. In 2011 we had a few clients who did not call to book their day until just before the expiry date of their vouchers. We were quite lucky with a good spell of weather in November but some people simply ran out of time. So we recommend you get in touch as soon as possible to schedule a day earlier rather than later.

I HAVE A VOUCHER, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Thankyou for selecting a Sunsoar paragliding experience, The next move is to fill in a UK booking form (click here to download it) and send it in to us; (by post or email). In the payment section just write “voucher” and make sure you include your Groupon or other voucher with the form. Note that we cannot accept any booking without the voucher number AND the security number. Fill in your first chosen date and an alternative date on the booking form.

We can run groupon days on any weekend day or also on weekdays provided there are at least 4 people. (If you want to come on a weekday please call us and we will try and arrange a group if we can.)

When we have received your booking form we will send back a confirmation letter by post or email that contains all your joining details, what to bring, map, and critically the ring-in number to call on the morning of your course.

Once you have your confirmation all you need to do is ring up to check the weather is OK (we don’t want to waste your time coming out if it looks wet or windy), then if it is OK we meet at 10-10.30am and have a great time introducing you to paragliding!
